I have been a long time customer of this flower shop. Recently made a purchase for mother's day which was reported as delivered, but my mom never received it. Called them the Monday after mother's day and their voicemail is/was full. Someone called me back based off caller ID, I told them the issue and they said they'd call me back with a solution the next day. A week later, no call or update. This was a $140 purchase. I'll be doing a charge back and never using these folks again.

The flower arrangement we picked up today was gorgeous! First time customer, but I will definitely be ordering from them again.

5 stars! I called to order a custom arrangement for a little flower girl. The customer service was excellent, and the design turned out so pretty and appropriate! I was happy with the reasonable price as well. Thank you!

My wife and I have been shopping at Fairview Flower Shop for years and are always very pleased with the results! They created her wedding bouquet and have made several arrangements for us through the years for weddings, funerals, "Thank You" gifts, and "Just Because." The florists have a wonderful eye for combining colors, flower types, and textures, producing truly breathtaking masterpieces. The front staff is also excellent at suggesting options or alternatives if particular desired flowers are not available. I also appreciate that they ask about pets, to avoid things like lilies in households with cats. Their delivery service is also excellent and their rates are very fair. Regarding price, their arrangements are not cheap, but they are an incredible value considering how beautiful they are. Fairview Flower Shop is our favorite florist, and we look forward to years of more lovely flowers!

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Fairview Flowers for same-day delivery to celebrate the birth of my first son. Not only was I shocked I could get a same-day delivery, but I couldn't be happier with the arrangement. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with care, creating a beautiful decoration for our hospital room that exceeded my expectations. They even freshened the room with their light smell. What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of the bouquet I received. Fairview Flowers truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and gorgeous floral arrangements at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quick yet breathtaking floral delivery especially if you’re at Emory Decatur, they’re right across the street and are the same company that creates premade arrangements for the gift shop.
